SPA Series Submersible Booster Pump

SPA stainless steel sewage submersible pump is a new type of centrifugal pump. It is made of stainless steel, featuring corrosion and wear resistance. It is suitable for industrial wastewater, municipal sewage, building drainage, and other applications, capable of handling media containing solid particles or fibers, with a water temperature ≤60°C and a pH range of 4–10. This equipment is widely used in industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical, mining, municipal engineering, and agricultural irrigation, meeting the drainage needs of enterprises, hospitals, subways, and other facilities.

It adopts a single/multi impeller structure, allowing the passage of fibers up to 5 times the pump diameter and 50% solid particles. Equipped with tungsten carbide or fluororubber double mechanical seals, it supports continuous operation for over 8,000 hours. The compact design allows for both submersible and fixed coupling installation, with leak detection, thermal protection, and an automatic control cabinet for overload, leakage, and other multi-layer protections. Some models include a cutting device to enhance waste processing capability, while a float switch and dual-guide rail coupling system optimize adaptive start-stop based on liquid level and facilitate maintenance.

The rated voltage covers 220V/380V, with a maximum head of 25 meters, a flow range of 3–75 m³/h, and a submersion depth of up to 10 meters.
