OUR HISTORY

In the 1990s, a surge of small and medium-sized pump enterprises rapidly emerged in Wenling, Zhejiang, establishing the region as China’s "Hometown of Pumps" and laying a solid foundation for our company’s inception. From the outset, we positioned ourselves in the water supply and drainage sector, adopting an integrated business model encompassing R&D, production, and sales of traditional agricultural pumps and firefighting pumps. Our flagship products included drainage pumps and fire pumps.

Seizing the opportunity of market specialization and distinctive retail models emerging across China, we aligned with the domestic demand for agricultural pumps. By focusing on drainage and fire pumps, we developed a store-based distribution network, swiftly securing a foothold in the national market. Our annual output value grew at an astonishing rate of 150%–200%, providing a robust foundation for future expansion.

July 7, 2010: 

On Track and Showing Results
The company officially entered a phase of rapid development, establishing a pump production base in Zhejiang and founding Zhejiang Zhonghang Pump Co., Ltd. Shanghai People Enterprise Group Pump Co., Ltd. formally launched its two major product lines: domestic water supply systems and fire-fighting water supply systems, fully implementing an integrated business model encompassing R&D, manufacturing, and sales. With a factory area spanning 30 acres, the company achieved steady annual growth in output value, surpassing 100 million yuan in annual sales.

September 2014: 

Building Momentum, Investing in the Future
The company ushered in a new era of management by appointing an outstanding CEO with overseas education and international work experience to lead Shanghai People Enterprise Group Pump Co., Ltd.

Significant transformations were implemented in talent acquisition, market positioning, technological R&D strategy, and industrial chain development. Shifting away from labor-intensive operations, the company streamlined its workforce while achieving 50% annual growth in output and profits in new market sectors—laying a solid foundation for its next phase of rapid expansion.

May 2017: 

Breaking Conventions, Transcending Limits
With heightened market sensitivity and agile responsiveness to industry shifts, the company strategically focused its technological R&D on water purification, secondary water supply, and urban/rural wastewater treatment, propelling rapid growth. Concurrently, it pioneered next-generation smart water solutions, solidifying its position as a high-tech specialized enterprise. Expanding into medical and industrial wastewater treatment, the company achieved a milestone by successfully completing the phosphorus and nickel removal wastewater recycling project for FAW Group’s Weishan Plant—marking its authoritative entry into advanced wastewater treatment.

March 2020:

Established the mission: "Build Reliable Equipment, Safeguard Public Water."

May 2020:
Streamlined R&D and industrial focus into four pillars: Purification, Supply, Drainage, and Wastewater Treatment.

December 2021:
Achieved preliminary full water-cycle system coverage, with all four business segments demonstrating strong market performance.
