Water is the source of life, and the safety of rural drinking water is not only vital to the health and lives of the people but also impacts the sustainable development of the rural economy. Guangshan County, located in the southeastern part of Henan Province, administers 23 townships, 364 villages, and a population of 930,000. It is a poverty-alleviation county designated by the General Office of the CPC Central Committee. To address local livelihood and development needs, the local government partnered with Shanghai People's Enterprise Group Pump Co., Ltd. to launch pilot projects for integrated water purification equipment in Lifan Village, Chenxingzhai Village, and Liwan Village, promoting the widespread application of local drinking water solutions.
Our company dispatched engineers to survey the raw water conditions in Guangshan County and conduct cost analysis. It was found that the local river water had high sediment and algae content, with strong periodic fluctuations. To address this, we adopted a water treatment process consisting of coagulation, flocculation, sedimentation, filtration, and disinfection. The integrated design, made entirely of SUS304 stainless steel, operates fully automatically, ensuring that the treated water meets the national GB5749-2006 Sanitary Standard for Drinking Water.
The equipment is reliable, easy to operate, and maintain, with operational costs only half that of traditional water treatment plants, perfectly resolving the long-standing issues of difficult access to clean drinking water.

Local Automation: Includes automated dosing, water rinsing, and air-scour backwashing. The system dynamically adjusts process parameters, backwash rates, and dosing frequency based on real-time water quality, optimizing efficiency and reducing power consumption.
Remote Automation: The control system connects to the company’s platform via 4G IoT, uploading operational data for real-time analysis and providing optimal operational algorithms. Even non-specialists can easily manage the system.
